APPLICATIONS
The pail starts with what goes inside.
Capacity is only the first decision. Contents, filling temperature, opening frequency, filled weight and transport conditions define the practical package.
APPLICATION MAP
Choose the application.
Then refine the system.
01 · PAINTS & COATINGS
Clean closing. Repeat access. Strong shelf presence.
For coating programs, the right starting format depends on volume, filled weight, closing equipment and how often the end user needs to reopen the pail.
10L oval, 16/18/20L Chinese-style, 20L American-style and 31/35L large-format pails.
Tear-open lid, reusable access, iron or PP handle, body and lid color, and closing-line compatibility.
Screen printing, heat transfer or in-mold labeling on supported models after artwork review.

02 · LUBRICANTS & OILS
Controlled dispensing for a coordinated product range.
Lubricant projects often need a consistent family across several volumes, together with cap, color and label choices that remain recognizable throughout the range.
10/16/20L Chinese-style lubricant pails and the 20L American-style lubricant pail.
Virgin PP platform, pouring-cap option, press-fit closing, handle selection and filling-process review.
High-visibility body colors with screen print, heat transfer or in-mold labels on supported models.
03 · CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Practical handling for dense, jobsite-bound contents.
Construction compounds and premixed industrial materials may place greater emphasis on filled weight, carrying method, stack stability and reliable access at the point of use.
16–20L coating formats for regular packs; 31/35L pails where larger working volume is required.
Suggested load, iron or PP handle, lid opening method, closed-pail stacking and packing plan.
Compatibility and performance must be confirmed with the actual formulation, filling and transport conditions.

04 · INDUSTRIAL COMPOUNDS
A configurable platform for project-specific filling.
For other industrial contents, product selection begins with compatibility and process data rather than a generic industry label.
Contents, filling temperature, target capacity, filled weight, closing method, storage and destination.
Material grade, lid and handle, color, opening method, decoration and required sample testing.
Standard and custom MOQ, nested-body packing, bagged lids, pallet preference and target schedule.
QUICK SELECTION GUIDE
Match the range to the job.
This is a starting guide only. Final suitability is confirmed against the actual contents and process.
FROM LINE TO DESTINATION
Four conditions the pail must work through.
Filling
Contents, filling temperature and equipment contact define the first technical check.
Closing
Lid style and closing method must work together for a secure, repeatable seal.
Handling
Filled weight, handle choice, stacking and warehouse movement shape the configuration.
Delivery
Packing, pallets, destination and transport conditions are reviewed before quotation.
Factory test and temperature figures are reference values under stated conditions. They do not replace compatibility and performance testing with the actual contents.
