BUYER FAQ

Useful answers before the first RFQ.

Product, customization and supply.

Final feasibility depends on the selected model, contents, artwork, quantity and current production plan.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Capacity, contents, filling temperature, quantity, configuration, decoration, destination and required date are the best starting points.

What are the usual minimum order quantities?

Standard-color products commonly start at 1,000 pieces. Custom color or printing commonly starts at 2,000 pieces. Exact MOQ is confirmed by model and project.

What lead time should buyers plan for?

Standard production is commonly around one week. Customized projects are generally 2–4 weeks, depending on model, artwork and production scheduling.

Can the body and lid colors be customized?

Yes, custom body and lid colors can be reviewed. Color matching, material grade, model and quantity must be confirmed before production.

Which decoration methods are available?

Screen printing, heat transfer and in-mold labeling are available across supported models. Screen printing supports up to three colors; actual coverage and method depend on the pail and artwork.

Are samples available?

Standard samples may be available. Shipping and any custom sample requirements are confirmed separately. Testing with the actual contents is recommended where compatibility or performance must be validated.

How are the pails packed?

Pail bodies are normally nested and lids are bagged separately. Palletization, labeling and container-loading preferences can be reviewed with the order.

What temperatures can the pails handle?

The supplied product sheets state a reference range of -20°C to 50°C and recommend storage around 20°C. Suitability must be confirmed for the actual contents, filling and use conditions.
